Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your travel package with
GoNexo Holidays. By making any payment towards a package, you acknowledge and agree to these
terms:

Payment Policy
An advance payment of 50% of the package amount (per person) is required to secure your
booking.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to the date of travel.
For travel dates that fall within 30 days of booking, full payment is required at the time of
booking.
Payments can be made via:
Online transfer / bank deposit/UPI

Child Policy
Children below 2 years are complimentary for hotel and bus services. However, flight and Visa
charges will apply.
Children will be charged 80% to 95% of the total package cost Depends on child age.

Accommodation & Sharing
Hotel categories and room types will be provided as per the package itinerary.
Double sharing means Two adults in one room.

Transportation
The type of vehicle provided will depend on the number of travellers. Vehicles may vary from car
to tempo traveller or bus.
Any changes in transportation due to group size or unforeseen circumstances will not be the
responsibility of the company/supplier.

Sightseeing & Itinerary Changes
No refunds will be provided for missed sightseeing due to:
Flight delays
Weather conditions
Government regulations
Traffic issues
Any other unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances
In case of route or itinerary changes due to unavoidable situations, additional expenses will be
borne by the traveller.

Meals
Meals included in the package are as per the itinerary.
No refunds will be issued for any unused or missed meals, including complimentary ones, for any
reason.

Flights
GoNexo Holidays is not responsible for any flight schedule changes, delays, or cancellations.
Any additional expenses incurred due to flight changes are to be borne by the traveller.

Additional Expenses
The package includes only the mentioned inclusions.
Any extra services or expenses beyond those specified will be the responsibility of the individual
traveller.

Cancellations & Refund Policy
More than 60 days before travel: Full refund, excluding any non-refundable confirmed
bookings (Airfare,Visa,Hotel,Siteseeing Tickets).
Between 31 to 60 days: 20% cancellation fee + excluding any non-refundable confirmed
bookings (Airfare,Visa,Hotel,Siteseeing Tickets).
Below 30 days: No refund is possible since all the bookings will be confirmed on your name.

Acceptance of Terms
Once a payment is made (either partial or full), it is considered that you have read, understood,
and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.

Jurisdiction

All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with services booked with GoNexo Holidays shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
